Melco Crown Entertainment Announces Poll Results of Its Annual General Meeting

Macau, Wednesday, May 18, 2016 – Melco Crown Entertainment Limited (Nasdaq: MPEL) (“Melco Crown Entertainment” or the “Company” or “we”), a developer, owner and operator of casino gaming and entertainment casino resort facilities in Asia, today announced the poll results of the Company’s annual general meeting (the “AGM”) held on May 18, 2016 in Macau.

A quorum was present at the AGM. Shareholders, through ordinary resolutions, approved the annual report of the Company for the year ended December 31 2015, the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the Company’s independent auditors and the grant of a general share repurchase mandate to the directors, valid until such time as specified in the resolutions, at the AGM.

The poll results in respect of all the resolutions proposed at the AGM are set out below:
